Optimize Resource Allocation in Free Systems

Job ID: 39986801

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

The traditional profit-driven playbook does not work for the kind of mission I’m on. I want to prove that a system built on generosity can still scale, even while governments and businesses drown in debt. My immediate need is a clear, actionable resource-allocation strategy that lets a completely free platform keep the lights on and keep delivering value.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• An advisory engagement focused squarely on resource allocation.
• A practical framework that shows where limited time, talent, tools, and donations should flow first, and how to keep those flows transparent and accountable.
• Scenario modelling for growth so I can see how the system will behave at 10×, 100×, or even 1 000× its current reach without introducing fees or paywalls.
• Recommendations on the right lightweight tech stack (open-source, cloud credits, Airtable/Notion, or similar) to track resources and measure impact.

Acceptance criteria
1. A concise strategic blueprint (max 15 pages or equivalent slide deck) outlining the allocation model, staffing assumptions, and governance.
2. A one-year implementation roadmap broken into milestones I can realistically hit with volunteer labour and micro-grants.
3. An accompanying spreadsheet or dashboard template that lets me plug in live numbers and instantly see burn rate, surplus capacity, and bottlenecks.

If you’ve built lean, donation-powered or open-source communities before and can speak in plain language rather than corporate jargon, let’s talk. My goal is to shine a light—free for anyone to use—and I need your strategic insight to make sure that light never goes out.
