Operations Consultant

We need someone who will come into our fast growing business, and go through the whole business, putting in place structure, systems, accountability, and streamline it into a 'well oiled machine'. ultimately then recruiting a full time Operations Director to maintain the operational procedures that have been put in place.
We see this as a 6 month contract on a part time basis, working with, and strenthening the current leadership team to help in executing the Operations improvements.
