Music School Assistant Manager KPI Development

I am looking for a professional who can help me to develop a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for my Assistant Manager in my music school. The KPIs will be used to track his performance and provide an objective measure of his effectiveness in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the music school to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the entire team of non-teaching and teaching staff.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

• Implement strategies to improve performance based on report findings.
• Assist in budget planning and management.
• Monitor and control operating expenses to ensure profitability.
