I need a sharp analytical partner who can help me make better strategic planning calls across a range of industries. Your day-to-day work centres on dissecting a business choice, mapping realistic alternatives, quantifying cost impact, flagging risks and trade-offs, and then distilling everything into a clear “do / don’t do” recommendation.
Scope of analysis
• You will draw on financial reports, market-research findings, and whatever internal business metrics are available, even when the data is patchy.
• The focus is deliberately cross-industry, so an ability to transfer decision frameworks from one context to another is essential.
• This is pure thinking work—no dashboards, SQL, KPI ownership, Agile ceremonies, or stakeholder herding.
Typical deliverable
- A concise decision brief (2–4 pages) that states the problem, assumptions, cost structure, option comparison, quantified upside/downside, and a final recommendation written so an execution team can run with it.
