Executive Assistant – Systems, Organisation & Strategy Support

I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is strong in systems, organisation, and strategic thinking. I need someone who can review how I currently manage my life and work, identify what systems or structure I need, and implement them directly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating order, simplifying processes, building routines, and helping someone stay focused and consistent. I am not looking for a coach or advisor — I need a proactive doer who can take ownership and make things easier for me.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing my current processes and identifying improvements
• Recommending the right systems, tools, and routines to make life easier
• Implementing those systems end-to-end (setup, organisation, structure)
• Creating clear weekly plans and helping me stay on track
• Taking tasks off my plate and simplifying my workload
• Improving efficiency, clarity, and personal organisation
• Helping reduce overwhelm by creating simple, structured workflows
• Thinking ahead and spotting opportunities to streamline my life

You will be a good fit if:
• You are an experienced Executive Assistant or PA
• You enjoy organisation, planning, and improving processes
• You naturally see what needs to be done without being told
• You can design and implement simple, effective systems
• You are a strong doer — someone who executes, not just advises
• You can help someone stay focused and consistent
• You are calm, proactive, and reliable
• You enjoy helping someone’s life run smoothly

Not a fit if:
• You only want to give advice
• You wait for detailed instructions
• You prefer a traditional admin-only EA role
• You don’t enjoy improving processes or building structure
• You are a technical developer or automation engineer

To apply, please share:

1. Your experience as an EA or PA

2. An example of a system or workflow you’ve improved

3. How you would approach your first 30 days working with me
