Multi-Language Game Blog Development

I need a blog site about games, featuring both game reviews and recommendations. The site should have the following pages:

- About Me Page
- Contact Page
- Game Reviews and Recommendations Page
- Bilingual Support (English/Arabic)

The project should preferably be built using React and Strapi.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in React and Strapi <-- unless you recommend something other than strapi
- Experience in developing multi-language websites
- Strong understanding of blog layout and design
- Previous work in the gaming niche is a plus
