Containerized Strapi

I am looking for a freelancer to replace my firebase backend in my flutter app with strapi, containerize it with docker and then connect it to a managed postgres database. Must follow strict security & authentication best practices.
Database Setup:
- I need assistance with setting up a database for Strapi
- Preferred Database System: PostgreSQL
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in flutter using the BLoC framework
- Expertise in Docker containerization
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring PostgreSQL databases
- Familiarity with Strapi CMS framework
- Experience in deploying and managing containerized applications
