Hindi Anime Production

I’m putting together a 20–30-minute mixed-media anime drama inspired by Studio Ghibli pacing and warmth. The plot follows three to four original characters whose emotional arcs drive a fast-moving storyline. What I need most right now is a strong, visually engaging storyboard that can guide the entire AI-assisted production pipeline—from character design iterations through to the final edit.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Character-centric design packs: turnaround sheets, key expressions, and colour palettes for each of the 3–4 leads, all in a soft Ghibli-esque anime style.
• Scene-by-scene storyboard (with panel descriptions and camera notes) covering roughly 25 minutes of runtime. Pacing should be tight; think drama that never drags.
• Rough animatic cut so timing feels natural before the AI rendering phase begins.
• Dialogue script in Hindi or Urdu (I’ll choose once we lock the outline) that syncs perfectly with the visuals; note any moments where on-screen text appears.
You’re free to rapid-prototype frames in Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, or whichever mixed-media tools you trust, as long as the final storyboard is clear enough for voice actors and motion finishers to follow. I value agile communication, so quick check-ins after each milestone will keep us both on track.
