NAS Netapp CIFS setup

Hello
I need help with following on Netapp FAS, AFF arrays

setting up a New CIFS server
configure AD server for the new CIFS server
configure DNS for the new CIFS server
CIFS access and new CIFS volumes
CIFS users permissions

Please let me know if you can help me with this and i will create an order
