Implement independent watchdog in STM32l051K8T6 project

I have a STM32L051K8T6 project not developed by myself. It is a Keil project. The independent watchdog is not implemented in this project, but I want it to be included.
So, I will provide the project to the freelancer, who then has to implement all the setup required to make it work. I need to have to have the updated project (still Keil) together with a description how to change the time-out value, how to start and stop the watchdog, and how to service it.
