Open World Stock Market Game

Hello this project is very complicated in the sense of what I am looking for, its best you message me to discuss full details.
In a sense what I am looking for is a steam game where it involves a player to start with a given "Paper Money Balance" AKA Free In-game currency to trade on the live stock market in real time, this will allow for people to trade on the market without actually using real money, not only this but I want the concept of open world to be implemented where the player not only can earn in game currency but use that currency to upgrade their character, build homes, businesses, etc... Its kind of like a tycoon but more then than!
EXTRA IMPORTANT FEATURES: This will also allow for users to purchase educational live streams of educators teaching in game from a website (Future VR implementation) for now it would be in game its kind of like a meta world but on steam.
