statistician

I need someone to help me out with the statistical analysis, I am looking for non-significant results, so maybe we need to try different ways and different tests most probably one-way ANOVA using SPSS . Anyhow it's a small project with a small sample size. I have two spss sheets to be analyzed with the correct statistical test.
The study objective for part one file is to compare the results between the followings:
- day three and day zero
- day five and day zero
So, day zero should be our referent group.
The study objective for part two (engraftment data) is to compare the outcome between 3 groups:
- group 1 = infused at day two from collection
-group 2= infused at day three from collection
-group 3= infused at days 4 and 5 (extended storage group)
