R statistical analysis - multivariate/large data-frame

I need to sort stocks into characteristic deciles and sort them into 10 groups of equal numbers of stocks based on particular characteristics (152).
I have 3 databases that I need to link together and from there start the analysis. My code is not working well yet, looking for a tutor to help me understand what is not working and how to make it work.
