Creation of an algorithm that can tell me quite accurately the real odds of football matches in the major leagues. The percentages will then be compared with the closing odds of the pinnacle site. I have no data or any idea what they can be used for. I'm looking for an expert who can do his own research, analyze data and get to give me the most accurate chance of a football match.
