I need help with producing graphs for my dissertation. The topic is "The effect of current velocity and temperature on Nusa Penida MPA dive site coral reef populations". I have extreme difficulty using R software. I need the Rscript for:
- boxplot Number of species @ sites + colour + appropriate labels + title etc
- boxplot Number of species @ sites (log10) + colour + appropriate labels + title etc
- boxplot Shannons Diversity @ sites + colour + appropriate labels + title etc
- Writen results of shannons diversity @ each site
