I need a statistician

I am comparing 3 groups of patients 13 patients in each group comparing turmeric , fenugreek and tumeric plus fenugreek in knee osteoarthritis patients. I have used the KOOS questionnaire at start of study and end of 6 weeks and plan to compare overall score and individual category scores. I need help deciding what sort of analysis to run to compare outcomes of the interventions and which group was most helped by the intervention .The link to the Koos questionnaire is as below
