I need a statistician

I work in the NHS and am doing a service evaluation project, with measurements taken at time 1, 2, 3, 4 with lost of missing data. I need advice on how to analyse the data. I have reasonable baseline knowledge of statistics but need advice on precisely which methods to use. I estimate I will need about 3 hours of advice in total.
