I need a statistical analyser

This research's purpose is to find and measure how some variables and especially two, affect and improve happiness. We chose the variables of Self-Esteem and Sleep Quality. The research includes three questionnaires: one about happiness (The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire), one about Self-Esteem (The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale) and one about sleep quality (The Sleep Quality Scale). I need some help regarding the statistical analysis.
