I have a 2x2 factorial design
2 groups of animal in 2 pens
Pen 1 has 7 cows eating hydrogreen
Pen 2 has 7 cows eating grain
Within each pen are 2 types of cows: wagyu and angus x holsteins
each pen has 3 wagyus and 4 angus holsteins
i have data on their grades, fatty acid profiles, weights, total intake of food, etc.
I would like to compare the data
