It's for analysis of data about 4 thousand patients to assess the mortality of patients admitted via particular admission pathway to another standard pathway .
There are multiple variables that can affect the mortality . We need to select a suitable statistical test to minimize the confounding by other variables
We have about 15 variable that need to be analysed too .
All data on excel sheet and ready for analysis .
I need to arrange a meeting with statistician to be able to explain what we want to do .
The database is so confidential so I wonder how this can be guaranteed
