I need a Statistics Expert

Testing the potential efficacy of a powerful new drug for treating a dangerous disease. 14 patients with the disease in each of 7 hospitals distributed around the country participated in the clinical trial. The clinical trial was carried out on a single day across all hospitals, with the drug being administered to a random sample of 7 patients in each hospital in the morning, and the placebo being administered to the remaining random sample of 7 patients in each hospital in the afternoon. Two weeks after receiving the treatment two blood samples were taken from each patient, and the level of antibodies to the disease in each blood sample was recorded.
