measure associations, and ideally find predictive relationships between, one variable and other variables (three separate tests with three separate dependent variables)

I am looking for someone with the experience and knowledge to measure associations and ideally find predictive relationships between one variable and other variables. I have specific dependent variables in mind for each test and I want the level of significance for the tests to be 0.01. The successful freelancer will provide insights that are reliable and statistically significant in order to maximize the value of the data.
