K-means and hierichal cluster within tomorrow

Someone who is good in statistics and rstudio to help me in a project. I have a dataset where there are furniture companies and some info about them ( capital, taxes, etc ). I need to do a cluster analysis ( k-means and hierichal) to discover if there are some variables that affect more the variable " Revenues" .
I already cleared he dataset ( so there are no na data and i renamed the columns ). At the end is 2/3 graphs. And i have an example the teacher sent us.
