biology statistics

I have to do statistics analysis on some results I have. I’ve done a test for cell viability (%). My conditions are Media control (media + cells), lipofectamine control (lipofectamine + media + cells), TP53 ) treatment) (lipofectamine + media + cells) and No cells (just media). I have only run the experiment once (N=1) but have 3 repeats for each condition. I need to do statistical analysis to find significance. I think I should do a ANOVA test, more specifically a repeated measures anova test?
