Urban Data Analysis for Swiss Cities

For a scientific research I'm looking for a freelancer to analyze the geo-portals of the largest cities in Switzerland. The task is to analyze the available data and summarize in a table the information on new objects under construction. It is important to understand whether the object is being built on an empty plot or whether it is being built on a plot with an existing object.
