Tennis application/ statistics and odds movement live calculator

I need an application built that will prediction it real time who should be winning the tennis match. The application will also need a calculator on where the odds will move to next on the out come of what is happening live. Anyone not reading this or replying with yes I can do he job will not be hired I need someone who knows what I won't.
