Statistics part of Medical Thesis PG , subject : RADIODIAGNOSIS (data transformation Bars and pie charts formation)

I have a soft copy of an old thesis now which contains old statistics, I just need the statistics part with my requirements in Bars and pi-charts representation.
Old data: 150 patients record sample is included (in attached document)
New Data: 100 patients record need to be generated in the same format
