Statistics analysis in brain MRI (neuroscience/medicine/ radiology)

The project is a research in brain MRI in Multiple sclerosis. I’m at the statistical analysis stage
I need someone to help me with the following:
- go through my analysis I’ve done so far ( I tried different tests to answer my hypothesis)
- suggest any other tests/ ways to analysis my data
- help me understand my data/results
- help me writing the results for publication
I used ( Jamovi) software for the statistical analysis - this software is based on R
