Statistician to do confidence interval analysis for sportsbetting projections

I am looking for someone that is familiar with sports betting and has a comprehensive knowledge of mathematics.
I have some data posted for one player in the NBA. It is highlighted in yellow in the Google Sheets. On the left, I have the projection of how many points this will player will score in a given game, on the right is the actual score of how many points this player got.

I have a few questions.
Question 1: How do I analyze data where I have a prediction and final result to come up with an answer of how accurate I am with my projections/predictions? In Sheet 1, I took the difference between the two values and calculated the standard deviation of those results.
Question 2: If I make a prediction using my analysis that this player will score 15 pts, how do I calculate the % that this player will score 13pts+ based on the margin of error from previous projections?
