Statistical analysis

We need to compare outcomes of two cohorts: intervention used (Y/N - column T). We have recorded their pain and function knee scores and examined their knee for range of motion postoperatively. We would be looking to see which cohort (Y/N) performed better using these metrics (WOMAC total - column AA; FJS-12 - column AB; OKS total - column AE; KOOS total - column AK; KSS total -column AL; and ROM total -column AP) or if any difference in age or gender etc is relevant. There are 64 rows of data. Looking for statistical significance.
