Statistical Data analysis

Need to perform interrupted time series regression to test the effect of an intervention on rates (a specific outcome). Generally the rates are for years except 2010 when the intervention occured mid-year therefore there are two rates for 2010. Series is from 2003-2017 generally and 2008-2017 for specific groups. In all cases the intervention is 2010. Small sample.
