Statistical Analysis

I have a spreadsheet with test results from samples of milk. There are about 6-8 sets of samples per day for a 2 month time period - November and December. There were several different components tested each day - butterfat, protein, Other Solids, and SCC. I changed was made in the sampling process around December 3. I would like to have statistical analysis done to see if the change reduced variation in the process.
