Statistic expert required

I am in need of an expert in statistics for a project. Specifically, I am looking for descriptive statistics to help inform business decisions. I do not have any data to analyze, so the statistics expert must be able to provide appropriate approaches and tools to collect the data necessary for the statistics analysis.
