Run Procedure - Ordinal Logistic Regression in SPSS

I need a statistician with knowledge and experience to run an ordinal logistic regression (OLR) in SPSS. The data is ready in .sav with dataset. I need the freelancer to run the OLR procedure in SPSS using either plug or GENLIN utility in SPSS. I need the SPSS output file with all necessary OLR tables/results that is generated including

i) full likelihood ratio test (test of parallel lines)
ii) separate binomial logistic regressions (ie Variables in the Equation tables)
iii) parameter estimates
iv) covariate patterns
v) model fit results

I DON'T need a report or writeup just the output generated from SPSS.

Knowledge person should be able to run this within an hour and so I would appreciate completion
with next 24h-48hrs of award bid.
