Require ranking/ratio/formula/weighting for a specified list of variables

I am seeking a freelancer who can decipher a ranking/ratio/formula/weighting system for a specified list of variables. The purpose of this is to determine how the overall ranking score for these variables was calculated.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and formulas
- Experience in data analysis and manipulation
- Proficiency in working with quantitative data
- Ability to develop customized algorithms that can incorporate specific constraints and requirements
We have attached an xls spreadsheet with two worksheets which shows an overall rating highlighted in green (5 being best and 1 being worst) with a list of variables below it. We need to understand how the overall rating from 1 to 5 is calculated from the list of variables so we can apply this to our own data,
