Regression analysis to find out does having senior female partner in VC firm effects investment returns

I have the data set ready with me. In the 1st sheet, I have data for 583 active VCs in the UK, their total investments, their exit and how many of them have senior female professionals involved. I want to find out, using regression, does having senior female management lead to better performance of VC fund. My performance metrics for VC is how the number of exits they have.
