Real Estate Leasing and Development Model Creation

Amendments and evolution of Business development and leasing model. We work in a real estate company and are looking to update, amend and evolve our development models. The candidate/ team requires excellent modelling capabilities and an understanding of financial modelling. Modifications to the cashflow model, development modelling, and leasing modelling in relation to real estate. The work will be followed by a commission for future monthly updates to the model and other excel based work required.
