Probability Theory Expert Needed

I am in need of a mathematician with strong skills in statistics, particularly in the area of probability theory. The main goal of this project is to assist with calculations of Test Uncertainty Ratios IAW with ISO 17025 for accredited results verification
Ideal Skills and Experience:
-Worked in an ISO background calculating TUR in measurements
-Deep experience with Excel and displaying the results with provable analysis.
- Strong background in statistics and probability theory
- Experience with calculating Test Uncertainty Ratios
- Excellent mathematical problem-solving skills
- Previous work in academic research, business analysis or machine learning applications would be a plus.
