Pre-Market S&P 500 Price Prediction Indicator

I am looking for a pro real time freelancer or any other solutions to develop a pre-market indicator for the S&P 500 that will predict price movements based only on pre-market information available before the open.
Key objectives:
- Create an indicator capable of taking in real time the pre-opening data of the 500 stocks, weighted by the importance of each of the companies making up the index. To put it more simply, the SPX index but in pre-market of the shares which compose it.
Ideal Skills:
- Mastery of technical analysis and understanding of stock market trends.
- Experience in developing indicators or predictive models.
- Ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights from them.
