Patient Records Statistical Analysis

I have an anonymised spreadsheet of patient records that needs a thorough statistical treatment inside Excel. I want clear descriptive statistics—mean, median, mode, standard deviation—followed by inferential work using t-tests and chi-square so I can understand whether the patterns we see are statistically significant.
Your deliverable should be a single Excel file that:
• Keeps the original data intact on its own sheet.
• Adds separate, well-labelled sheets for descriptive summaries and each inferential test you run.
• Shows all formulas or Data Analysis ToolPak outputs so I can audit the calculations later.
• Includes a short notes sheet explaining any assumptions, the test parameters you chose, and a plain-English interpretation of each result.
I’ll provide the dataset and a brief outline of the research questions as soon as we start. If you are comfortable working exclusively in Excel—pivot tables, functions, and the built-in statistical tools—this should be a straightforward assignment.
