Panel Data Research Analysis -- 2

I'm conducting a high-level research using panel data from 14 African countries, covering 12 variables over 11 years. I require a comprehensive analysis with robust statistical methods.

Key tasks include:
- Recommend missing data handling techniques in R/Stata
- Clean and balance a partially prepared database
- Assess data consistency, robustness, and reliability
- Run and compare three models:
- Fixed effect model
- Random effect model
- Spatial effect model

Ideal skills:
- Expertise in R and/or Stata
- Strong background in panel data analysis and econometrics
- Experience with African economic or social data
