Ordinal Regression

Looking for ordinal regressions run with odds ratio - three categories for the DV and 8 separate continuous IV's. Then I want to use the three category DV and 6 continuous variables while controlling for a continuous variable. Hopefully that makes sense. If you could format the results into an APA table that would be a plus.
