NPS Impact Analysis: Sales Training -- 2

I'm looking for a data analyst or statistician with experience in sales training impact analysis to analyze the effects of training hours on different NPS dimensions (dealer, JD, product) for individual cog IDs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in R Studio for statistical analysis and visualization.
Research questions:
How should sales teams and individual performance be measured?
What are the effects of sales training on different NPS dimensions?
Should there be a focus on quality or quantity in regard to the training for NPS increase?

Tasks:
please analyse how training hours from each individual cog id influenced the three NPS (dealer, JD,product). Also visualise it please, for every cog id individually showing the influence of:
training hours vs NPS dealer
training hours vs NPS product
training hours vs NPS JD
total orders vs NPS dealer
total orders vs NPS product
total orders vs NPS JD
total orders vs trained hours
total orders vs number of individuals trained
Please run all of this for each cog id individually and create meaningful visuals for the results. Please give me a short results explanation when done !
