NFL Player Points Prediction Program

I'm looking for a program that can predict NFL player points based on historical data I have. This is a personal project and I would like to keep costs reasonable.

Key Requirements:
- Use a statistical model for predictions
- Focus on historical performance, player health and conditions, and matchups
- Data will be provided in Excel spreadsheets

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in statistical modeling
