Multivariate vector autoregression models

I am writing a research paper that compares media representations and real world indicators over time. However, I will need help with some of the statistical analyses, in order to finish on time. I am doing three multivariate VAR models that each compares mainly two variables over a time period of ten years, but with some extra predicting variables to be added along the way.
