Make a plot in R according to my SPSS output

I would like to have a plot that looks like the one in this tutorial:

(see screenshot, but of course without error bars)


note that my data only has two levels for each factor
healthstatus (healthy =0 x HIV = 1)
ostracism reported (yes vs no)

Also, I would like the Y axis to provide percentages instead of total numbers.
