Linear Programming Optimization

I have a resource planning project in which we have the capacity data and the demand data. I need someone to use linear programming/optimization to use the data to determine the most optimal work intake requirement. For example, the result should use analysis by using excel solver/gurobi, etc., and state you should conduct this many projects from this subgroup and this many from the other subgroup so that you are not overutilized and producing the most number of work.
