Include NPV in Portfolio Prioritization Bubble Chart in Excel
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I created an example Portfolio Prioritization Model / bubble chart in excel and was wondering if you can please provide your comments to it on the Summary tab. Specifically want to know:

1. If the formula in the Total Score column (orange) makes sense.. basically I took the Criteria Weight at the Top x Criteria Score (None = 0, Low = 1, Med = 2, High = 4) x Criteria Weight (0, 20, 40, 60). My question is, does this multiplication make sense per Asset/Product? I took this template (which used the same formula) from a Smartsheet titled: "Scoring Model in Project Management Example Template".
2. Would you recommend another way to formulate? For the Criteria Score of 1, 2, 4...does this make sense to do? Or should I have done 0, 1, 2, 3 instead? I have seen examples where some numbers are skipped for whatever reason? Should I get rid of Low, Med, High and just keep 1, 2, 4?
3. Does the Bubble Chart make sense to you? Also, one other thing I cant seem to understand is when I change the value in the PTRS column/table, the bubbles do not shift left or right, the bubbles only gets smaller or bigger in size, why is this? When I change the value in the Commercial Value column, the bubble shifts top and bottom with no issues.
4. Any other suggestions or comments?
