Implement a Methodology of a paper

I'm a junior researcher, I would like to get help in re implement a research paper which is consist of making a A Software Application for Rapid Risk Assessment in Integrated Supply Chains, and as follows:

1. Make risk assessment of an industry and fill the risk assessment table with the impact and likelihood for each risk.

2. Use the fuzzy logic calculations and matlab to get the risk each agent in the system

3. Develop a simple program which calculate the risk for each product in the system

4. Link the program into SQL database.

5. Do all manual calculations

6. Write the documentation for the methodology implemented, plagiarism is not allowed.
