Homeless Hypertension

I am a doctorate candidate. I have been conducting a small study of hypertension in the homeless population at a homeless church/shelter and how to manage the disease through lifestyle changes and education. Since I do not have much data, I want to do a descriptive statistical analysis. I will need your direction here as to what information should be included.
